Good food. Nice people. Hardly have to wait for ur for 95% of the time, the only thing is it doesn't have a children's play area. I mistakenly hit the yes button for play area when doing the review. But I'll correcting it on here . It does not have a children's play area. Sorry for the mistake
The young man who waited on us, Sonny, I think, had the nicest manners ever. He was very efficient, but more importantly, he treated us as though we were in a 5 star restaurant and known to be big tippers.
This place is ALWAYS short staffed and has a really long wait for fast food. Save yourself the trip and go to the other McDonald's up the street by Giant. At that store the orders are always correct and the service is always fast even when there is a long line.
The service here is not anywhere as good as the McD's on Old Fort Road. Probably 30% of the time using the drive-thru your order will be wrong. They make you park and wait too many times for small orders. The service inside is just as poor. You wait too long for a small order. They don't have enough people working the counter when there are several people in line. Plus, I have been panhandled by loiterers outside. Managers don't appear to know much about managing.
Your basic McD's. Gone through drive thru a bunch, usually correct orders. Workers always nice.
