Doesn't need even 1 star. Rented a vehicle for the weekend. While driving through Virginia I got pulled over. The emissions sticker was expired. The officer said it was my fault because I didn't notice it. Mind you I live in Maryland and no nothing about their cars in VA. Still waiting on the paperwork from Enterprise because I know have to go to court. Will never rent from them again.
Evan Griffin (Branch Manager) is by far a poor representation of Enterprise and should take professional development courses in an effort to improve his overall attitude. Evan maintained a very rude, arrogant and aggressive demeanor throughout our phone conversation. I am urging upper management to review the phone conversations that took place 10:56 a.m. and lasted 20 minutes, 11:16a.m. call duration 20 seconds and 11:17a.m call duration 4 minutes.
Please help this gentleman in developing a professional presence before he ruins Enterprise reputation and run future customers away.
Great Service. Very courteous. I was very pleased with the customer service. I was displeased with my reservations. I made reservations online and when I got there...there were no cars. I had to get a car that was too small for what I needed and it was dirty and smelled bad. On the brighter side of things, I took it back the next day and received a different car. I was pleased with that. It's just aggravating for me to make reservations for a car and when I get there...there are no cars. I don't understand that. Why make reservations?

I needed car rental for one day and the staff made that possible. Rental car was ready and waiting when I arrived. Staff was courteous, efficient and on-point. Customer service was a great experience, paperwork was handled over the phone and they even call several days in advance to see if I still needed the rental. Regarding future rentals - I will continue to utilize Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ft. Washington. Great team! Thanks.
Throughout the aforementioned calls Evan admittedly disconnected our call without notice and also stated “I’m not doing nothing until ya come in here and sign this new agreement” and further stated “ya need to just bring the car back” and lastly “yeah I hung up”.
