The surgery staff was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous coming in but they put my family and I at ease. Its a very small place but everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr Khosla was fantastic.
Go any where else. You are better off going to McDonalds and having them help you. I came in because of a possible broken wrist and arm, possible broken ribs, and a head injury with loss of consciousness. Never saw my nurse. PA said she ordered something for nausea. Never received anything. Waited in radiology’s waiting room for over 25 minutes listening to them watching Netflix rather than doing my X-rays. That’s when I gave up and found my own way back to the ER. The Physicians Assistant and nurses couldn’t care less about their patients or their wellbeing. The entire time I was there, there were nothing but issues and complaints from every single person who walked through the doors. The place is disgusting and smells even worse. You would think with it being a hospital it would smell like a hospital but it smells more like a landfill. It’s amazing anyone makes it out of this hospital alive. The Joint Commission should probably take a look into this “hospital.”
People who may come in after you WILL go into the back for you. When you call for a supervisor they tell you they called while you watch them do everything but. Also be prepared to sit for 3 hours until you get what you need
Waited for about 2 hours and told me to take these three tablets that cost no more than 20 dollars. They overcharge too much. I got charged for 470.75 for little advice and inexpensive medecines. They should worry about people's help not our money. Be fair.
My father was killed at this hospital. He went here as a normal routine for a nebulizer treatment and one of the emergency room staff that was not qualified to remove his trake removed it and had no idea how to put it back. After trying several trake sizes and improperly ambu bagging him I watch this "doctor" force a trake that was 3 sizes too large down his neck. Needless to say I watched him suffocate to death. After he died this "doctor" told me he was sick anyway. He had no sympathy for what he had done and treated the situation like just another day in the er. I will be suing this hospital for malpractice and wrongful death.
