I didn't want to give any star rating above because she should be closed down and reported to the BBB which I'm doing next. But unfortunately the only way to post my review I had to click a star.
The entire office is ghetto and very unprofessional, tacky, lack of knowledge in the business. They rarely answer the phones when they do they are all lost and have no understanding of clients accounts give wrong info. they jacked my account up as well as my husbands account on more than one occasion. There is always different faces in the offices no one stays longer than 6 months. When calling and asking to speak with Ms. Coleman she is either never there or on the other line and she never return calls. They lie a lot and give wrong information out. Ms. Coleman has no clue what she is doing and neither does her 6 month staff crew which consists of 2 or 3 people. I have really learned my lesson when choosing convenience over knowledge and professionalism. I originally was looking for a great insurance agency that covered professionalism, courtesy, experience like anyone would expect. But I got just the opposite. So, if your looking for low class, high staff turn over, not much experience, lie on a regular, and never available. Then Jamila Coleman would be the agent for you. My husband and I left convenience for experience and I must say we are incredibly "HAPPY"!!!! I could go on and on about all the wrong doing that have been displayed by MS. Coleman office but there is not enough time in the day.
