I haven't brought pizza there in years due to an extremely disrespectful manager and staff. I went in the store with my son to order pizza and decided to add extra toppings. I get the pizza I order expecting to be pleased with my pizza toppings especially after paying extra and to my surprise I had way less toppings so much so that for every slice of pizza, I should see at least one piece of chicken, one pepperoni etc but there wasn't. I showed the manager and he asked me what did I expect. When you order more toppings you get less of each topping??? HUGH??? I explained that everywhere else I go to get pizza when I order more toppings and pay more I don't get less, it doesn't make logical sense. He became irate so I asked for my money back and he wouldn't give it to me because I used my card. Then his crew/ gang jumped in on and started talking mess to me too. Before you know I cursed him and them out and left because I was coming out of character in front of my son. I vowed that I would never spend my money there again. My son wanted pizza today and I didn't feel like driving to pizza hut or poppa johns so I ordered today but just know it's coming from that store makes me not want to spend my money. I'm sure the manager is not there because he was sooo unprofessional. He needs to keep it professional and get more training on how extra means extra not less.
This was my 3rd visit and 2nd time hearing the "crew chief" or assistant manager cusing out his staff. This time, the issue was about having staff opening up the store the next day as he wasn't going to do it by himself. (2) of the delivery drivers that were leaving commented to the carry-out people waiting that "it was crazy". Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. I would have canceled my order, but it was too late as I did it online. On top of that, the extra cheese that I ordered was missing. This cannot be a part of the "Team Washington" franchise. This would be my last time patronizing this particular location.
Every time I order from this location my food is fresh and hot. Always done in a timely matter even if I get it delivered! Great job and pizza but the wings are my favorite
Delivery sucks... the guys are nice but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive the order one time... the order was wrong and the pizza cold. I decided to go carryout another time.. my order posted at 6:17pm and still at 7:25pm I was waiting in the store for my pizza. Its sad because Dominos is usually good just... but this one is not working.
This is probably the most disappointing Domino's that I have encountered! I will be calling corporate in the morning to report some of the deplorable conditions of this establishment and unprofessional employees. I understand that you get what you pay for meaning that you will not get 4/5 star options however, respect costs nothing and I refuse to frequent a business that can't deliver on their promises.
