Horrible customer service/representatives who answer the phones with extreme unprofessional-ism. I have not received mail for over a month and a half after completing an online form, use 2 names that are closely related, and somehow no one knew where my mail was or how to help me even after speaking with consumer affairs.

This is a wonderful post office, the staff really are friendly and go beyond the norm to take care of the public. They were absolutely great when I renewed my children's passports today and watching them care for the public was amazing how they spent so much time speaking to everyone and getting their concerns resolved. Good jub!

I hate dealing with usps. This location was the exception . I called on a Saturday morning looking for an expected package which was not on my regular mail truck . I was told that my route was split up and another driver should have it. I called back and someone named keisha was the most helpful person I have ever encountered. She actually called the couriers on my route and found who had it. On top of that she called me back to update me and this was after the post office was closed for business Saturday afternoon. Wow. My package was not delivered though . I called back the same evening and someone answered . I wish I remembered his name because he also deserves praise for going above and beyond. I told him the situation. He put me on hold after i gave him my address and told me " yes, your package is here ". I had mixed feelings because it was saturday afternoon , Sunday has no deliveries , and Monday was a holiday so how would I get my package before Tuesday ? He told me to just come down to the post office and call when I was at the door. I was speachless. Wow. The customer service I have received from this location was far above and beyond any other post office in any state anywhere. Thank you x 1000.

The same address is used for all the junk mail that USPS manages to deliver to me.

So I received a notice at home that a certified letter was attempted to be delivered to me and needed a signature. I wasn't home. I took the slip to the post office on Friday, 6/17/16 in hopes of retrieving my certified letter. Well after Kim (supervisor), Quinton (post master), and 3 other employees searched and searched and searched, my mail could not be located. Was I upset? Very! I was told by Quinton that he would call me later on that day to let me know of the status. Did I ever get that phone call? No. I called the next day, Saturday 6/18/16, and spoke w/ Kim. She says that she had spoke w/ the driver "Ashley" who claims she put my mail in the spot where all certified letters go. Well please tell me why its not there?! Did it grow legs? Kim said that she will check on this and get back to me, Quinton was apparently out. I did not get a phone call. Well here we are Monday morning 6/20/16, I spoke w/ James Carter (who is new), He is the bomb! He put me on hold for a few minutes and located the certified mail. Now this type of employee is what us customers need. What us upsetting is that no one else in that post office was able to locate my mail after days of looking for it..... I told James please do not leave this location because us customers need him. This location has a history of loosing mail.

Ordered a couple items from Amazon. One package was shipped via Fedex, the other through USPS. Fedex EASILY delivered my package to my apartment complex. USPS sent it back claiming the address was wrong.
