Mr. Cecil Baskerville is one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever met. He rented my elderly parents a house that was not safe to live in and had no problem giving everyone his behind to kiss when it was brought to his attention. He prided himself on being responsive and a problem solver but his only concern is collecting money. He screamed at me and my brother-in-law on the phone and went straight ghetto on us. Don't fall for the fake persona that he puts on when he is trying to get your business. He should not be the first choice for a real estate agent. He should be the very last choice. If you deal with him, don't say you were not warned.
