Its always busy. This is mainly due to staffing. They get orders wrong a lot and actually skip orders sometimes. I come often and one time had to wait 45 minutes for my food because they put an employee alone on the register his first day. While standing there they apparently called another employee in to help. I knew this because all he kept doing was talking very loudly at the front register saying "this is my day off. I ain't doin s*** but working the grill. I ain't dealing with these people on my day off". Granted this was the extreme of what I have seen at this store, but if I was his supervisor I would have promptly sent his home for his attitude.
Typical fast food. No coffee at night so I usually opt for the McCompetition in the same shopping center.
Okay I come to this place every once in awhile because it's normally slow but today there was a new girl and the register broke, not her fault, but man was it really slow today. The nuggets were really good but my chili actually had plastic inside of it. I know accidents happen but this is pretty bad.
Do yourself a favor... Avoid this place at all costs.
Literally the worse Wendy's you can go to. After I left the drive-thru, I realized I was missing some food. This was no big deal, as I should have checked before I pulled off. When I went back in to tell them what was missing, the guy that I literally talked to for a whole 3 minutes before (they were crowded on the outside, so I was waiting at the food window) asked me for my receipt. As I'm looking for my receipt, I notice that no one is inside. Everyone was outside at the drive-thru. I also noticed that there were only 3 workers there. I started to leave and go back to my car, when the other worker was like "hey did you order this?!", and proceeds to hand me my food that was just sitting at the register the whole time...
Anyone would have been upset about this. I thanked the staff, but I'm not going there again.
I went in with my daughter and granddaughters to sit down and eat and it was freezing, mind you one of my granddaughters is an infant and they had the air on, I asked why and got no response, it's freezing outside and colder in the Wendy's,not a good spot to meet or eat inside.
