Tierney was very nice and helpful. She was quick and easy to talk to. I will recommend this pace to someone else.
BUYERS BEWARE! Started of with one Cricket. Came back and there where over 10 Crickets all over my items. It was so many cricket had to get the manager come and help me kill them. In order to get all my stuff out! WILL NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN!!! General Manager Bob was not willing to give any Compensation for the inconvenience. Also there door lock are hard to open and need to be replaced. STAY AWAY! CRICKET HEAVEN!!!
The Customer Service I received from Ms. Tierney I feel went beyond the scope of her job description. Ms. Tierney's excellent professionalism with me let me know she shines bright for every customer that has ever walked in that door during her shift. Oh yes I must add on the phone as well. I cancelled but, her C. S. skills got me there before 3pm to see first hand how a Diamond out of the Rough shines so brightly! Ms. Tierney I appreciate your awesome Customer Service and I thank you for being knowledgeable of my needs and respect for my time. Today I visited public storage in Ft. Washinton to inquire about some prices and to view a couple of units in which Ms. Tierney was extremely helpful. She was very professional, kept a smile on her face and answered all of my questions with ease. She gave me a tour of the property and the units and based off of what I have seen I plan on coming in next week to reserve one of you all's units. I was EXTREMELY satisfied once I left this property today!!!
